Bought what was supposed to be new in box router but found during installation that the data cable is missing 😵

My apologies, I was not aware of this. When I recontracted, the technician had informed me that my existing router was working well, and there was no need for the new router. So please be assured that the router is new. As for the data cable, allow me to point out that the buyer had inspected the goods at the point of sale. In future, please feel free to raise any issues during the inspection. Even after the sale, please feel free to contact me to rectify any issues. Thank you for the feedback.
