Address written wrongly: resulting in a lot of work for both parties tracking the mail and making payments. Impatient seller

Left out Upper from address but postal code was correct. Also posted a screenshot of envelope before mailing out but buyer did not pick out the typo. Immediately refunded in full when realised and started investigation at postal service. Package delivered the next day on Saturday and buyer only resent the payment on Wednesday. He took 4 days!
