This chair was not new as stated but it was in perfect working condition. We presented it to you in-person before you took it away. Characterizating it as a 'bad product' with vague terms speaks volumes. Your requests on asking us for discounts on this item and your reluctance to acknowledge the quality reveals much. Perhaps investing more in a brand new chair would be a wiser choice - don't be cheap.
