The listing mentioned that the case is brand new. Brand new to any ordinary person means either unopened or unused. The box has signs of wear and tear. The case is used with scratches and marks on the case. Although seller was kind and responsive, it can’t cover the fact that it was false advertising

Dear friend , the box has sign of wear and tear as the listing is over 3 months old. The box was opened due a couple of times when buyers came to see the case. Also , you had checked the case when we met you could have declined then and there. Nevertheless,I am happy to give you a refund if you’re not happy with the case.
