Very disappointed with the item I received. It was peeling and the leather cracked with stains. Seller just showed very minimal photo of the peels. And told me it was okay. After contacting her about a refund, she simply argued and ignored me. I’m not the usual type to leave negative feedback as I’m really not fussy. But, how to use a bag that is already flaking? Such dishonest seller.
great seller !! :) other than the slight delays of shipping, everyth was pretty much decent !
Seller mailed out my item fast and I got my item in very good condition. Thank you! 😊
i’m js writing this feedback in case this seller doesn’t ship my item/mia . Once she does i’ll change my feedback
Seller was nice enough to meet me despite her schedule! V friendly too. Thank you!! :)
Buyer beware, strongly recommend physical meetup. Had to raise an investigation with Singpost where they confirmed that the tracking number provided was in fact addressed to another address instead of mine. Raised a CarouPay Protection dispute but since the tracking number provided was successfully delivered, Carousell made it really long and difficult as I had to prove it was not delivered to me.
buyer received the item but refused to reply me, had to raise a dispute to carousell to get the money for the item because buyer refused to release payment
very friendly and patient seller, package was delivered promptly! thank you for the pleasant deal :)
Great buyer to deal with! Punctual when meeting up. Thanks for coming down to retrieve the item! Highly recommended :))
Very pleasant transaction! Fast replies and delivery! Will love to deal again, thanks!
The item sent to me was not the same as what the seller posted and the seller ignored my messages when I told her the item was not matching
