first time buying from this seller and i was left sappy. transaction was fast and got it for only 2 days. they make sure to update if the item has been shipped. i asked if it has issues, they said none, but upon recieving turns out it has rubber neck. i have no complaints on what i got, i just wish seller double checks their dolls before listing it. atleast disclose it to their buyers :)
