My item 59 he offer 49 and i accepted. Then he started asking for 40 because someone else is selling at that price, I said no so he rejected paying despite offer accepted. I decided to be nice and let things slide. I also advise him next time please don't submit offer if u are not serious about paying. But he last seen that message without reply. So I'm gonna take it that he just doesn't care
