This person left me in the lurch after she reserved this garden set I was giving away for free. She had a week to organise a collection, but when the day came, made all sorts of excuses. I had told her explicitly that I was moving and needed her to collect it. After giving her an extra day, and yet another one, she still continued to string me along, telling me she was trying to find a mover. In the end, I had to pay $100 for disposal. Awful, awful experience.
