Saw a review about this guy flaking but I didn't believe it. Guessed I was wrong. Made offer and gone MIA, don't even read my messages now. His excuse is difficult to make payment because working outstation. Don't know whether he is real dumb or act dumb because online transfer is so easy. I even proposed that I accept TNG.
