I beg to disagree. SingPost is very reliable. I believe you did not mail the item right away and blames it to SingPost. I will be surprise if this is not the first time you have done it .

Buyer gave negative feedback just because Singpost dont handle the product with care, even i already wrap with bubblewrap. Next time just choose meet up if u are not sure with postage 😞 Just realized that other seller had same condition like me, we already bubblewrap but the buyer said she received with negative condition. Pls be aware if you want to deal with her, better meet up than postage 😡

Already explained nicely to buyer. Unreasonable n rude. Item is new n sealed up when sold. Maybe she spoilt it when recd n wanna a full refund. Anyway just a unhappy deal that no one wish to happen

unreasonable and rude? i am just stating the fact. whilst the item was new and sealed the, item was spoilt. its the truth. how can you not expect a negative feedback after that bad experience? well, i learn from this experience definitely. so for buyers, take caution.
