found out that the ikea Franklin sold was incorrect. item was shared to be 63cm height but actually product given was 74cm. unable to use on the desk. informed seller and he said he cannot refund although he misrepresented the product. he also went radio silent and not replied me although I offered to send the item back to his house. disappointed in him not admiting to his mistake
