Thank u for ur feedback.. I expected ur bad review.. But i feel i have done nothing wrong.. After accepting ur offer, i realised i will be dealing with ur agent and not u, tats why im abit uncomfortable. Secondly, another higher offer came in n he is willing to deal on the spot, that why i accepted his offer instead.. As a seller, of course i will go with the highest bidder.. Immediately i told u i will cancel your offer, right?

Very unpleasant experience, buyer opted for non-registered mail, claiming that did not receive the parcel and seeks for full refund. This is entirely off the convention. As much as I believe that it is a lost mail, one must be aware that if you wanted to save money and opted for a less secured normal mail, then one should be aware that there are risks involved. Expecting a full refund after the seller has fulfilled the obligations is completely nonsensical.

I think I have to clarify certain things here.. Firstly, till date, have yet to receive the badges.. Secondly, I did not opt for a free mailing as indicated by you.. It is you who offer free mailing and you did not offer any other mailing option. If you were to offered registered mail, I will likely take it up.. And lastly, by pushing the blame to the buyer by saying I am the one who wanted free mailing is wrong... In fact, how would I know u have mail out the badges, right? Thank you
