Easygoing buyer

Kept asking for discounts and yet was unable to meet at my convenience. Item was clearly stated as a reprint and I had no control over printing size. Only 1 of the book had a slightly smaller print size. She then tries to get a refund even though I have stated that I can’t give refunds if you don’t check the items on the spot.

1) Both agreed on mutually convenient time&place so what’s the issue? 2) 1 of 3 books had FADED prints THROUGHOUT the book, which wasn’t disclaimed in the listing. Onus is on sellers to ensure item is in acceptable condition, or put a disclaimer so buyers can decide if they still want it despite the defects. (You also admitted to not checking, btw) 3) No-refund policy not stated anywhere. Even then, 👆🏽#2 4) Unfair to mark me down entirely; i conversed kindly, paid immediately & arrived early.
