The deal fell through :( I was there at the appointed time with the BV bags she had wanted to view but she was a no show due to her work schedule and my preference for cash. The would-be buyer was kind enough to call me but I had missed the call in my haste to reach the location at the said time. If it's kismet, then another time, perhaps. Till then!

Deal at your own risk. Made an offer to confirm the deal but came out with many excuses later. Mentioned that she was busy at work hence late replies and not able to meet as she was flying off. Later offered to collect the item at my convenience and even wanted to send a courier down to pick up and do a bank transfer instead. Alas, she said it was too tough to make the deal work and thus had to pass on it. Seriously? Please make up your mind in future before making an offer. Total waste of time.
