Buyer asked tons of questions prior to purchase and when there was a delay in reply, she started to press for an answer. She was slightly late for meet up. What amused me was that she msg me later to ask if the packaging was original as there’s another seller selling the same item with a sealed packaging. I have no control over how the item was packed, the shop may have changed their packaging.

Hi, I think it’s fair that buyer ask questions before any purchase. I hope you can have patience to this. Also, you gave the wrong measurements of 8.5cm height when item is 22.5cm height. I was mere checking back when I do not get your answer for the height as I am a keen buyer. I did not know this cause unhappiness? Apologies for being 5 mins late. Lastly, it is a friendly question if the item is authentic. Getting authentic item for a friend’s gift is my sole intention. Thank you.
