Came to a compromise - friendly and understanding

Bought massage chair that was damaged and was on its last legs when tested when bought - had repairman to come down to fix it when it started making loud noises, discovering the internal rotors were already damaged and was unfixable. Had to pay money to dispose of the item as well. Seller didn’t want to come to a compromise. Sell defective goods now, pay for it later. Karma keeps receipts.

Be careful of this buyer, he is out to take advantage of you. He was very familiar with the Osim uJolly and tested all the functions to his satisfaction before purchasing it. The checks were so thorough that he even asked for and obtained a discount due to some marks on the leather. After using it for some time, he now claims the chair was defective when he bought it and wants a refund. His story is not credible.Including paying to dispose of it,the uJolly is compact & can be carried by 1 person

Wow, the seller was seriously a super nice guy! So, I picked up the item, but it turned out it wasn't quite what I needed because I totally missed that one side of the glass was frosted. I told the seller what was up, and without even a second thought, he was kind enough to take it back and give me my money back. Big thanks, Sir, for being so awesome and genuine!
