The buyer received a sealed brown box and paper wrapped color figure box but the plastic blister was double-taped by the manufacturer. He claimed the double tape is "proof" for the used figure and requested 100 dollars refund. Please beware of this buyer.

Buyer is new for collection , he received a sealed brown box and the colour box is white paper wrapped but unfortunately the figure is a resealed set by manufacturer due to QC purpose. As figure collector , we all know Megahouse and Alter both has a process to random choose a few pieces to check for QC in a batch to confirm their quality. I have explained and shown proof but he just ignored all.

The picture's I gave in your review shows the poor conditions of the box. If such conditions can be said to be brand-new, then I really start to doubt your integrity as a figure seller. If I wanted an opened product, I would have bought second hand from Japan myself for a cheaper price. I only stayed with you because I thought yours was going to be brand-new. I do not want a QC edition one where the plastics blisters are badly sticked and unprofessional put together. Buyers should be careful.

Possibly the most trustworthy and patient buyer I have met on Carousell. Some problems have cropped up on my end but he was understanding and waited for the problems to be resolved. Highly recommended buyer.
