It was made clear why the deposit was required - we needed to clear our apartment by a specific date, and just accepting offers without payment would leave us imperiled if you’d decided to back out. Our reviews are 5-star otherwise. I thought the facts were articulated very clearly, so disappointed with a 3.7 rating here 🤷🏽‍♂️
