Polite and friendly buyer

Reached the meetup location but buyer didn't show up, sent the mom (slightly late) who backed out stating she couldn't test the digital scale and was scared of inaccuracies due to it not being 'level'. Plus a comment on it being boxless. Wasted a trip. Perhaps visiting a brick and mortar store with a saleperson present would better suit the buyer.
