Fussy buyer, pretty much a seller's nightmare and honestly one of my most undesirable transactions on carousell so far.. (demanded for unreasonable refund amount for a small scratch on the item despite my offer to get it replaced). Deal with risk :)

You made it difficult to make a refund; wanted me to jump through a lot of hoops with all your prerequisites. I paid full price and it is not unfair to expect a brand new product free of damages. This is a product for a baby. You advertise as “product on hand” when it is still being ordered. You are at best a disingenuous seller. You didn’t mention the HUGE damage on the box when you delivered it and as a result a damaged product. You also tried to use emotional blackmail on me. So pls spare me.
