Late, apparently his father held him back. Didn’t bring his phone out too so couldn’t inform me, i waited 20 minutes and i said to meet at circle line but he didn’t come down, luckily i saw him and went up. Asked him to pay extra for making me wait but apparently he has no money. Deal at your own risk.
