After I accepted this buyer offer, he/she mentioned will fix the appt soon. After drag from 4 Apr to 8 Apr, then only this buyer mentioned he/she alr bought frm others. I would be keep in the dark and wait for the appt forever if I didn't double check with this buyer. So call "serious buyer"?
