Buyer made an offer and after negotiating and accepting the offer, buyer just stop communicating even if chat attempts are SEEN. Be wary of "joy reservers" like this one... Doesn't care if they're wasting other people's time. Not even the courtesy to advise if they changed their mind or can't afford it.
