She is a nice seller but since I didn't receive my SECOND parcel which contained HALF of the items i ordered accumulating to $15, i decided to leave negative feedback. I have been waiting from 24th March till 7th August which is a total of 6 MONTHS for these lipsticks. Almost every promise was not fulfilled as there was ALWAYS delays in the arrival of the lipsticks. I even had to probe her for updates which is feel is NOT my responsibility. Asked for a refund and seller refused, not recommended.

Elaborate to reader on why I refused to refund dear...Pic shown n proof that I have mailed out.And u aware of normail mail issued.Will it be fair for every seller if buyer didnt recif and u guys ask for compensation.Why dont u make enquiry thru singpost urself and paid the amount of $20 plus just for an enquiry only..y u dont do that?I aldy said ANY extra stock I will give u FOC in exchange but not refund.Look back all those PMs which I have replied u & elaborate correctly,dont gif e wrong fdbck

Im not gonna give a negative feedback cos I do still receive my items. Place my order and made payment on 26 Nov 2014 and I only received item on 12 January 2015. Well do ur maths.. appreciate that seller can update me if there were delays and such instead of buyer having to chase after u. I am a seller myself and I know hw annoying some ppl can be who continuesly msging and bugging even aftr tell them ETA. so I decided to not pm u and just wait. Pls improve on following up and updates. :)

Thanks for the feedback.First of all every information on why delayed ,I have already specify,proof been given ,question been answered,reg mail tracking been shown.I did emphasize if u wanna wait or shall I proceed with another option but u chose to wait.Any delayed is beyond seller's control & I belief also that not every seller has same method or way of selling their product ,beat it regards to item or supplier. -,o or + feedback doesn't mean alot to me,TRUST is the keyword in online Biz 👌

Just received the item. Item was bubbled wrap. Very friendly,trustworthy and efficient seller. Very patient when asked for the item inquiry n updates.On the 2nd purchase w seller. No regrets n doubts dealing w seller. 👍👍👍
