Offered $550 for my $650 listing & upon accepting the nego, I then agreed to meetup at her convenience (time & place ok). Yet only when it was almost time to deal, I was told she has only $500 on hand & can only trf the bal to me after (w/o specifics & come on we all know the after will nvr come....). When I suggested that she can trf upon COD, suddenly a lot of lame excuses come up & bam, mia🖕🏻
