Fast and decisive buyer

_lady.d ∙ 賣家的評價 ∙ 7 天前

Decisive buyer, fast and fuss-free deal! Thank you for the purchase :)

Offered very low, I accepted, then ghosted / said don't want anymore. Please only offer if you are serious.

追加評價

Listing already stated "partially done / not for fussy". You made offer without asking condition, then requested to cancel after I accepted. I can't insist for a sale to go ahead if buyer says don't want.

I am surprised to see the negative review left here. When i was informed that her assessment books were heavily used (it was not indicated in the listing when i offered), I politely informed that I would like drop the purchase because the books were heavily used. She agreed and said no problem and it was cancelled mutually. I would have honour the deal if she disagree at that point as we were in the conversation. I even drop a positive review for being an understanding of seller. Gosh. 🧐

Seller wasn’t that responsive. Item isn’t stain free, screw was loose & not almost new condition as mentioned.

Toys rack. Available end of Mar only.

I am always there for all my buyers if there are something wrong with the purchase. You should have pm or call me immediately when you collected it so we could resolve straightaway. Loose screw just have to tighten if loose. My helper did a deep wipe down with Dettol before you take delivery as I know a child will be using it and I did not see any stains. So I am not sure where the stain come from. Could be due to transportation maybe. It’s a regret that it turned out this way for you.
