Buyer seems to have very little knowledge in product upon purchase. Even after given instructions on installation. Explaining over and over again and still do not understand. PS: I informed all the buyer who enquiry me why is not here... It's because of national day long weekend. Despite of that I think buyer should play a part in asking Conclusion: I offered her a solution but she does not seems to be happy, I will be much happier to refund and take my item back... Facts: Delayed payment, then couldn't decide which shade she wanted, then caused a fuss over something that I could not control. Like 3 weeks later, she's STILL leaving hateful comments on my listings Opinion: She thinks I'm not apologetic? It was not a fault on my part, and this isn't a customer service center. Also, she's very rude, cursing me to die, throwing accusations and names. Get a life, Conclusion: Quite a nuisance and not worth it to deal with. Deserves to be featured on carouhell.
