Make an Offer then suddenly back out ?! A tutor with this kind of ethics ? Teach children how to back out ? How to over quote if all price are listed ? If you find another seller and back out, then just buy from other, you don't have to leave a negative feedback and state dishonest. Every seller has their own selling price. Back out on your offer then accused people from over quoting ? What ethics is that by a tutor ?
