the note20ultra is working fine when checking on site, but just 3 hours later when i want to insert SIM card and found the back frame was opened. reverted to this seller but she is not responsible for that. 599 for a problem phone, my bad luck. seller did not accept for return, and not responsible for the little repair fee. disappointed on this seller. not only check the display, but also the glue

As you said, you were given sufficient time to check the phone on spot and yet, you still accusing me of selling a bad condition phone :( The point is that, right after 3 hours later then you feedback the phone was unsatisfactory. I may have the right to suspect the phone was damaged by yourself during that 3 hours as well. Hence, refund was not acceptable at all. Indeed, I hesitated a while whether to refund half of the repaired fee before I saw your 1 star review tho :)
