The product description was misleading, as it did not clearly state that the iPad would not include the full original box set. When this issue was raised, the seller's response lacked professionalism; there was no apology offered, nor was there any attempt to collaboratively discuss a fair form of compensation or resolution. This seller lack of transparency and poor post-sale communication

Read carefully the description next time. U get what you see in the pics. Don’t expect anything which is not included in the pics. You yourself didn’t even ask me what is included. You only wanted a big discount, which I have given you. I some more even free you a Good Type C cable. With this price you get this Item is already a big win for you. But still wanted to complain. Please check the market price.
