I received the item today and opened it immediately. There was a strong cockroach odor, so I washed the item for hygienic reasons, especially since I have a child with asthma. After washing, I discovered a tear in the pouch and cockroaches inside. Despite being listed as brand new, the item arrived damaged and with a foul smell. All supporting photos are provided.
