After deal was confirmed , buyer then say he will only be free a week later and request it to be reserved. The meet up timing was continuously pushed back on meet up day itself. Eventually the buyer did not even show up. An extremely irresponsible buyer, DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
