after the offer and collection arrangement are made, this buyer was silent with no response. I waited for hours and has reserved the items for her, causing much inconvenience. Unresponsive and irresponsible buyer.

The buyer was utterly inconsiderate. We agreed for pickup on Sat between 3-4 pm.On Fri I texted to confirm that we’re still on for Sat and buyer confirmed.The next day I had to chase her many times and only at 4.20pm she texts me to say she won’t be coming.That’s considering that I warned her that I needed to be somewhere and had to leave the house at 4pm and planned my day around this collection.

Item delivered not as per prescribed. Seller mentioned no defect and rate item as 9/10 but the changing pad was torn in few areas due to wear and tear. The draining pipe was also missing which i wasn't been informed earlier. Seller should be more honest and at least highlight defect in photos.
