Buyer kept on deferring the payment etc. Offer made on 2/16. Buyer committed payment on 2/17 (next day). She didnt send any msg on 2/17. I asked if she will push through with the transaction on 2/18. She said she will settle everything (she reserved 3 bags in total) by Feb 22-23 as she is returning home from abroad by the 22nd. 2/23 - asked her if still a go. Yes daw...but no paramdam to date :(
