The buyer fails to mention that he came, inspected the shoe, and willingly chose to accept the product after negotiating a healthy discount to the stated price. After a few weeks of use, the glue came off on one pair which is an easy fix ..not sure what or where he used this because I handed him a new pair He threatened me and asked for a refund, which I issued in full (because it was the right thing to do), and he also kept the shoe. Threats are not welcome in this day and age!
