Ordered first black bag she accepted the offer but messaged me that she will not be selling it to for the price that I offered. When I messaged again the black was already sold. I offered to buy the other color and she also accepted my offer now for the price she asked for. I was messaging consistently and asking for payment details, I sent my details, I followed up, then she sold it to another.

I accepted your offer because I thought you were from NCR. But you're from Cebu. I made it clear that I prefer buyers from NCR. Don't be miserable because the bag is not really meant for you.
