Drives down the price of an already cheap item using some lame sob story. Then does not pick the item up and employs every delaying tactic in the book. Refuses to adjust point of pickup even slightly and then goes on complete radio silence for a week and a half after accepting the offer. After all this his highness decides to come back and complaint about not being waited upon. Sellers beware. This guy is a complete and utter waste of your time.
