I bought a dress on the 1st of Aug and the seller said that she would post it for me on the 2nd. The next day I messaged her and she said she had sent it but was away so couldn’t send me my tracking number. Almost a week later, no tracking number I told her I needed it that week for an event and she said it’ll be there. She sent me the number over a week after I bought it and paid extra for shipping. It was lodged on the 9th. She knew I needed it for the weekend but didn’t do anything about it.

She offered postage included in the price, but never said that it was with no tracking number and could take up to 7-10days. It would be nice to tell the customer or offer express post at an extra $5. I have bought this coat for the weekend and I haven’t received it nor a tracking number. So who knows where it is. No proof of postage either

Hello I reduced the jacket for you like you asked. I wasn’t aware you wanted express or registered as you never asked nor offered to pay for it. I sent the jacket by standard post, which was still more than you paid for. It will take 7-10 days. I’m not a store or a shop. I don’t offer express for free but if you wish to pay for it of course I am more than happy to post it that way for you!
