item was so dirty and heavily used it was not as advertised as lightly used. the roller in the robot was tangled with so much hair and fur that it is not usable. be ethical and advertise it correctly. i had to do deep cleaning for the robot and the dock station and still can't use cos the dust bag was so full of fur. robot also stuck with fur in the vacuum suction opening. really disappointed

only told me they didn't clean it before I come to collect it. not ethical. then tell me don't buy used item go buy new one. what's with the attitude lady? I sell used items which are quality and straight up the buyer can use. no surprises no hair no fur like this. this is really disgusting.

Already told buyer i didnt get the chance to clean. Lightly used because it was only use for a few months not even a year. If not ok with the fact that the item was not in a clean condition just back off the deal, it’s not like i didnt disclose it beforehand
