I DO NOT appreciate any suggestion that my items are not authentic or any different from what you will get from the store. I have sold dozens of these without a single complaint, but I get two from you in one week. Took a very long time to respond if the replacements I sent were ok, and for you to mail back the so-called faulty items (I paid for return shipping ). Will not deal with again.

i did not accuse you that you’re selling non authentic product. Most ppl will definitely have doubt when new in store and you are selling 50% off so it’s just a question. I sent proof to you that both skirts are defect. Put yourself in my shoe will you be happy to pay for a defect items? I mailed out the defect items the day I received. I’m a mother & I have children to tend to and you expect me to reply like ASAP. Everything is resolved and yet received such nasty comment.
