Seller didn't pack with sufficient padding. Only 1 layer of used bubble wrap (90% bubbles empty), in a makeshift paperbox, without "FRAGILE" sticker. Look what I received? A thrashed notebook fit for recycle bin. Checked with courier company's T&C, seller's packing failed every single guideline. Thus unable to file for damaged parcel claim. Seller denied responsibility.

Acer spin 5 series CORE i7 8th Gen Screen Rosak nego

Barang murah, postage pun saya kena bayar lebih. Dah balut elok dgn kotak tebal, Iklan laptop masih on.body x kemek tuduh saya yg rosak kan, lepastu nak suruh saya bayar balik body yg rosak. Pergi tanya j&t. bukan masalah saya klu laptop rosak.lepas tu bagi org 1 bintang. Barang saya oder dr lain kedai pun banyak sampi pecah, saya x salah kan seller saya salahkan j&t. Jangan suka salahkan seller lain, pergi j&t minta claim.

Post was not entirely accurate, item was used quite extensively and there was plenty of signs of high usage. I would have rated the condition at best 7/10. But transaction concluded quickly and efficiently
