The item was in good condition but with some dirt marks and fungi that had to be cleaned. A little dissapointed that the set was not complete, seller didn’t check. Otherwise it would have been 4 stars. Thanks anyway!

The Alzip mat was large, properly sealed during my move, assuming the set was complete. Explained the situation, assured I'd address any missing items. Refund requested for one missing strip, which isn't acceptable unless it affects the mat's function entirely. Found the missing item, but no response on the address. Case closed tq.
