He/she made an offer and we agreed to meet at 2030. 2026 he said he cant make it. I'm there already so i don't mind waiting (you should know earlier that you cant make it or will be late right? ok nvm benefit of the doubt). We ended up rescheduling for the next day at 1100, he promised to be there. The next day i was there 1050 and messaged him, he wasnt online. 1100 i messaged. 1115 i called. Nope no answer. Been two days since. If you are not keen, its cool. wasted my time twice.IRRESPONSIBLE!
