This customer’s issue was GCash QR code which wants to be resolved immediately but this is beyond our control. Other customers transacting on the same day had no GCash Issues. Worst, when we cannot respond to his GCash concern, he used very vulgar and unprofessional words. Despite this, we still responded nicely.
