Nego the item to $23 cus she said she short of money, i agreed. After a few days, she said she can only pass me $13 cause she doesn't has enough cash, then she will transfer me the rest of the $10, i agreed. The most unreasonable thing is that she suggested to meet at 10.15am, i turned up on time, and kept on texted her but she didn't reply. After waiting for 15mins, she replied and asked me to wait for her for another 10minutes. Super unreasonable buyer.
