Apologies for the poor experience. However, I was transparent about where and when I purchased my item, how it was kept and checked before selling to ensure the quality and condition of item. Buyer also tested the perfume on the spot by spraying it on, smelled it and claimed it was “perfect”, therefore I sold it to her. However, she changed her mind after, accused me of selling counterfeit or spoilt/expired items, and demanded for a return and refund. I refused due to no prior agreement made.
