Responsive seller. But items abt small than I expect. Was told it can put A4 size book. Yes indeed it just barely fit in just nice though.

Item not as advertised. Was given an inspired (counterfeit) version of the product. Although given sufficient opportunity, seller not willing to respond to acknowledge or make good on the product. Will not deal with this seller again. Reply: Did message you on two occasions to request an explanation. Also, you did advertise it as "Skip Hop Food Warmer or Cooler Bag", with no clear indication that the product was "inspired". Price alone doesn't justify non-authenticity. Do be more careful. Thx.

Dear all, please note that I did not list the item as authentic and original. It was a brand new gift and I am selling it at $7 which includes free normal mailing services as well. At such a low price and im getting uncalled for comments. Reply: Thanks for yr feedback. U merely inform me of the item but did not ask for explanation. How do you want me to explain to u why quality and size is different since I don't manufacture it. I guess it's both buyer and seller responsibility to check. Thanks
