16/08(Fri星期五): Buyer requested to meet up @5-5:30pm. However, @ 5:23pm - buyer informed me couldn't meet up today. 買家要求於下午5-5:30交收。但此買家於下午5:23通知未能前往交收。 20/08(Tue星期二): Buyer requested to meet up today @ 4:30-5pm. - @4pm, SUDDENLY Buyer sent me a message "U said i cnt.meet today right" (..I didn't say it), then this buyer didn't show up. 買家再約今天下午4:30-5:00交收。但下午4時，突然買家說"你話我今天不能應約，對嗎?", 之後買家再次失約。
