She was communicative throughout the process and was also understanding about the pricing adjustments after the movers quoted a higher amount due to the cabinet’s weight. Purchase is faulty, but Alice honoured a refund. Thankful for that. Do note that she has an extremely strict schedule that buyers have to abide by. This includes strict daily timings, as well has having to collect purchases from her unit directly. Do take these into consideration when purchasing from her. As with Carousell, it’s a hit and miss in terms of transactions, and this was a miss.
