SELLER CANCELLED MY BOOKING VIA HOTELS.COM! POLICE REPORT HAS BEEN MADE! SELLER WENT MIA AND UNCONTACTABLE IN CAROUSELL. I had to contact other carousell buyers to get other forms of contact. They passed me his Telegram id johngoh91. managed to get to him. He mentioned he has no ibanking token to refund can only refund lunch time 1 to 2pm. 2pm he said he at tuas area no atm can only refund at 9pm. IO had to txt him in telegram to refund by 7pm since e cancellation was made 2 days ago.

I booked a hotel with him. but my hotel stay got cancelled and the seller deactivated I booked on 23 may llyold inn for 22 July, I realised yesterday I reci a cancellation email on 29 may. I called Lloyd inn and they confirmed it was cancelled by me but I did not, I emailed hotel. Com they replied saying full money refunded to credit card. But I did a ATM trf to user all_gone. I checked with all gone and within mins he deactivated. I made a police report! Refund made after rpt! Don't deal!

Initial review:There was a delay with the online server but seller was very responsive! Thanks for the deal! Post review: after close to 2 weeks of confirming and booking, and a week before the check-in date, I received a cancellation email & my booking was auto cancelled, not sure what the exact cause was (payment or server error?) Contacted seller to get a refund and he refunded in full. Hope other buyers don't face the same issue...
